Summer Chocolate / Cold Packing Policy:
Due to the HOT summer heat, Krema reserves the right to substitute a non-chocolate item in our Catalog Gifts. If any order contains chocolates you will be charged a $5.00 cold packaging fee after the order is placed. This fee is for the additional packaging and cold pack(s) required to get your order to you in good condition. All states in the UPS Ground 4 business day delivery zone cannot be guaranteed to arrive in good condition without sending the package via UPS 2nd Day Air. This includes, Washington State, Oregon, California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Texas, Louisiana, Wyoming, and Colorado. Additionally, certain 3 day zone states cannot be guaranteed to arrive in good condition due to their intense summer heat. This includes: Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska and Florida. These will need to be shipped 2nd Day Air. If it is just too hot, we will contact you regarding a later shipping date.
All chocolate shipments with cold packaging require someone to be at the location at the time of delivery.

When will my order ship?
Orders will be shipped from our Factory in Columbus, Ohio as soon as possible, typically in 1-3 business days.
What is Krema's new Select Economy Shipping program?
In an effort to offer reduced shipping prices, we are testing this new program. The amount quoted will be via UPS. If we can ship it to you safely for a lower cost, we will look at using the United States Post Office's Priority Mail Service. Please note that your order may not ship as promptly and make take longer to arrive. The modified rate and service level will be available for review in your krema.com account after we process your order. The address you provide must be deliverable via the US Mail. There are certain items that will not be shipped via Priority Mail, which includes Natural Peanut Butter, full cases of nut butters, glass jar gifts and large quantity orders. We are working on getting email shipment confirmations on line, however the only way to know when your order shipped via Priority Mail is to logon to your krema.com account. Krema Natural Peanut Butter is 100% #1 Fancy Grade Spanish Peanuts. We do not add salt, sugar, hydrogenated vegetable oils or any other preservatives to our peanut butter. It's the same way we've been making it since the company started in 1898! It is always fresh, we roast our delicious peanuts in small batches just before grinding to ensure the best peanut butter possible.
Does Krema Natural Peanut Butter have to be refrigerated?
No, it does not have to be refrigerated. You may choose to refrigerate our natural peanut butter as it will slow down the process of oil separation.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our Natural Creamy and Natural Crunchy Peanut Butter will last about 6 months. The Natural Almond & Natural Cashew will last about 8 weeks. We suggest consuming your Krema Nut Company goodies within 8 weeks.
